The mission of the DCBA is to develop, sustain, and enhance Downtown Cumberland as a cultural, retail and professional heart of the community.  The Downtown Cumberland Business Association is a partnership between businesses located in one of seven Downtown Cumberland business districts.  Collectively, the goal of our members is to ensure a positive presentation to our area, necessary for our businesses to flourish.
